- Our exterior cleaning services include, but are not limited to, jet washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, facias & soffits, render cleaning, chemical treatments and soft washing.
- The specific details of the services to be provided will be agreed upon at the time of booking and will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice.
7. **Liability**
- While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your property, Wash Fix shall not be held liable for any damages that occur due to pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or other factors beyond our control.
- Customers are responsible for notifying our team of any fragile or delicate items that require special care during the cleaning process.
8. **Satisfaction Guarantee**
- We strive for customer satisfaction and will make every effort to ensure the quality of our services meets your expectations.
- If you are not satisfied with the results of our cleaning services, please contact us within 48 hours of the completion of the service.
We do not offer refunds but will repeat the service to your satisfaction.
